Cake Club was founded by Jac Fonseca, a professional baker and culinary instructor with more than 20 years of experience sharing the art of food. What began as a simple love of teaching has grown into an inviting, hands-on experience where creativity and connection come together through baking. A former high school culinary teacher, Jac brings both expertise and heart to every workshop, creating an environment that is approachable, inspiring, and a little bit sweet. Based locally and rooted in community, Cake Club offers customized baking experiences—from team-building events to private workshops—that celebrate the joy of making something beautiful together.
