About Cake Club
Hi, I'm Jac.
I'm a Culinary Institute of America graduate, former high school culinary arts teacher, professional baker, and local Hudson Valley parent. Cake Club was created from my belief that baking is about more than just making something delicious—it's about building confidence, creativity, and connection.
Over the years, I've worked in professional kitchens, taught culinary arts in the classroom, created custom cakes, and helped students of all ages discover the joy of baking. What I love most is watching someone realize they're capable of more than they thought—whether that's decorating their first cookie, mastering a new technique, or gaining confidence in the kitchen.
At Cake Club, classes are hands-on, welcoming, and designed to make baking fun and approachable. Students learn real skills while creating something they're proud to take home and share.
As a local parent, I know how valuable meaningful experiences can be. My goal is to create classes where kids and adults alike feel encouraged, inspired, and excited to learn.
