What is Cake Club?

Cake Club is a hands-on baking education program created by Chef Jac, a CIA-trained professional baker and former culinary arts teacher. Children don't just watch—they measure, mix, roll, decorate, experiment and create. Every class is designed to build real kitchen skills, confidence and creativity while having a ridiculously good time.

What Will My Child Actually Learn?

BAKE
Measure ingredients, understand recipes, mix batters and doughs, and learn foundational baking techniques.

CREATE
Decorate cakes, shape pastries, experiment with flavors and turn ideas into edible creations.

PROBLEM SOLVE
Why did my dough do that? Why did my cake sink? How do we fix it?

GAIN CONFIDENCE
Because there is a particular kind of confidence that comes from making something with your own hands.
